Adira Studio · Ad creative for DTC skincare, haircare and supplements

Brief on Monday.
Ads on Wednesday.

A one-person finishing studio for DTC skincare, haircare and supplements. Ten concepts, each tested five ways — graded, typeset and cut for every placement. No account manager, no revision queue.

Why two days

Anyone can generate. I finish.

Raw AI output is a commodity. What you are paying for is the layer on top: the grade, the grain, the type, the crop for each placement. That layer is what makes a frame look like your brand instead of a prompt.

An agency turns a brief in two weeks. Adira Studio turns it in two days, and turns your notes around the same day, because there is no one between you and the person doing the work.

RUNE hero frame: matte black tub on dark stone, the raw generation

Concept campaign — RUNE

Daily greens, on the counter where it gets used.

12 ads · 4:5 · Charcoal and green

One matte black tub, a scoop, a glass of water. Twelve finished ads: graded, typeset, cropped 4:5 and ready to go straight into an ad account.

RUNE ad: Sixteen greens. One mark.
RUNE ad: Everything that's in it
RUNE ad: $1.60 a day
RUNE ad: One scoop. That's the routine.
RUNE ad: Wild mint. Actually drinkable.
RUNE ad: I replaced four bottles with this.
RUNE ad: Finally one I don't dread.

NOCT hero frame: amber bottle glowing as the light rises

Concept campaign — NOCT

A night serum that only comes out after dark.

6 clips · 9:16 · Amber and ink

Amber glass, one drop, low light. The product carries the frames, one person carries the routine, and the light stays low so the feed reads as one brand.

NOCT clip: dropper releasing a drop of amber serum
NOCT clip: amber bottle on a marble counter in morning sun
NOCT clip: amber bottle alone on a white counter in morning light
NOCT clip: woman talking to camera in her kitchen

PLUME hero frame: mist bottle spraying cold white against the dark, wide

Concept campaign — PLUME

Volume you can see leave the bottle.

7 clips · 9:16 and 16:9 · Bone and steel

Frosted glass, steel cap, cold light for the product and warm light for the bedroom. The mist is the promise, so the mist gets the light.

PLUME clip: frosted bottle turning on a dark set as the light arrives, wide
PLUME clip: mist bottle spraying cold white against the dark, close

About

Ethan Kinder

Ethan Kinder, black and white portrait

I'm Ethan Kinder. I run Adira Studio on my own, from Durban, South Africa.

I started behind a camera — product photography and video, learning how a bottle has to be lit before it looks like something anyone would want to own. That is where the craft came from: composition, colour, and the patience to keep working a frame until it is actually finished.

Then I moved into social content and paid campaigns, and learned the other half of the job. A beautiful frame that doesn't stop the scroll is worth nothing. What matters is the hook in the first second, the reason to keep watching, and the line that turns interest into a purchase.

Adira Studio is both of those in one place. I know what makes an ad look expensive, and I know what makes it sell. And because it is just me, the person who understands your brand is the person doing the work — no brief handed down a chain, no two-week wait.

The difference

Why not an agency

No account manager.
You brief the person who does the work.
Two days, not two weeks.
Brief Monday, ads Wednesday, revisions same day.
Finished, not generated.
Graded, typeset and cut for every placement.
One queue.
Nothing waits behind a bigger client.

Day 1

Day 2

The studio

I finish.

Every brief runs the same way. Day one, questions go back the same day and ten concepts reach a raw frame by evening. Day two is the finish: the grade, the label composite, the typography, five cuts of every concept for every placement.

Nothing ships raw. A frame that cannot be finished to the standard of the ads on this page does not go in the folder. Notes come back the same day, and the next round is finished again, not generated again.

The proof

Left is the generation. Right is the ad.

The model gives you a picture. What goes in an ad account needs a crop for the placement, a headline that survives the feed, and a grade that matches the other forty-nine assets. That layer is the job.

The teardown

Free either way.

A teardown of your current ads and your three closest competitors: where the category is testing angles you aren't. Yours whether or not you buy.
